FROM I-89, EXIT 18 (Route 120)

Get off at exit 18 and head south on Route 120 (turn left if you’re coming from the south or right if you’re coming from the north; follow signs for Lebanon and not DHMC). Follow to stop sign and turn left onto Hanover Street. Continue on Hanover Street into the Lebanon city center.  Go around the green until you come to the corner with Three Tomatoes Restaurant on your right, and take a right turn, which leads you to the Lebanon all day parking lot.  All patients coming for a neuropsychological evaluation appointment should park in this lot.  Once you have parked, come back to Three Tomatoes, and directly across from this restaurant is the entrance to the “Whippleplace” building to the right of Salt Hill Pub.  Enter here, go straight back to the elevators, and go to the second floor; take a right out of the elevator and go to Dr. Randolph’s office at #207.

If you are meeting with Dr. Randolph for counseling, cognitive rehabilitation, or neuropsychological feedback, you can also park on the Lebanon green, but note that parking during the day is one-hour only.  Another option for non-evaluation appointments is parking behind the Citizen’s Bank building, which has a two-hour limit.  If you park on the green or behind Citizen’s Bank, enter the Citizen’s Bank/Whippleplace building, take the elevator to the second floor, and you’ll find Dr. Randolph’s office at #207.
