FROM I-89, EXIT 18 (Route 120)

Get off at exit 18 and head south on Route 120 (turn left if you’re coming from the south or right if you’re coming from the north; follow signs for Lebanon and not DHMC). Follow to the stop sign and turn left onto Hanover Street. Continue on Hanover Street toward the Lebanon city center. Shortly after you pass signs for “Pim’s Thai Orchid” restaurant and “Listen Community Services” on the right, you will see a sign for “Downtown Lebanon Mall” on your left at the entrance to a parking lot. Turn into this lot, where you will see signs for Peking Tokyo and Lebanon Village Pizza, and proceed down the small hill into the Lebanon all-day parking lot.

Parking FOR Patients coming for neuropsychological or psychoeducational evaluation

All patients coming for a neuropsychological or psychoeducational evaluation appointment should park in the all-day parking lot mentioned above. Once you have parked, look for the wooden stairs on the right side of this lot, cross the crosswalk, and proceed up the sidewalk. Shortly you will enter a plaza area with Salt Hill Pub in front of you, and immediately to the right of Salt Hill Pub is an entrance to the “Whippleplace” building. Enter here, go straight back to the elevators, and go to the second floor; take a right out of the elevator and go to Dr. Randolph’s waiting room (Suite #209). If someone else is already in the waiting room, there are available benches in the adjacent hallway arranged to maximize social distancing. Dr. Randolph will meet you at the appointment time.

PARKING FOR Patients coming for evaluation feedback and non-evaluation appointments

If you are meeting with Dr. Randolph for shorter appointments, you can follow Hanover Street into the Lebanon city center and park on the Lebanon green, but note that parking during the day is one-hour only. Another option for non-evaluation appointments is parking behind the Whippleplace building, which has a two-hour limit (see directions below). If you park on the green or behind the Whippleplace building, enter the Whippleplace building, take the elevator to the second floor, and go to Dr. Randolph’s waiting room (Suite #209), or sit on one of the adjacent benches outside the waiting room, and he will meet you at the appointment time.
